This department employs a group of engineers specialized in preparing project quantity schedules using the latest software specialized in calculating quantities and costs. They also provide the technical and engineering departments with project completion schedules and periodic completion rates for each project. Their mission is to:

  • Prepare detailed construction and service quantity schedules and set accurate and appropriate prices to compete for the project bid. This enables the owner to provide the best prices due to the high accuracy of quantity calculations. Ensure that the quantity schedules include all required elements and details accurately.
  • Prepare timetables for projects under construction.
  • Prepare ongoing payments and verify them before submission.
  • Coordinate with the employer regarding project implementation and overcoming obstacles.
  • Prepare and submit final payments.
